  • Be on time – Please support us by being on time as the nature of our service is highly time sensitive. We are only able to hold your appointment up to maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled time. It will be at our discretion to void the appointment should you arrive later than 15 minutes without prior notification.
  • Update us on changes – If there are any changes to your schedule before your arrival, please notify us as early as possible. Our customer service consultant will call or email you a day prior, to confirm your appointment. Kindly reply us or provide us with a contactable mobile number to avoid any disappointment.
  • While we strive to always start your session according to the scheduled time, delays are not unusual. Kindly plan 15 minutes of waiting time at Balinese Thai Traditional Massage into your busy schedule just in case of unexpected delays.
  • Call us at 6354 2123 or reply us by the confirmation email should you need to cancel your appointment. Customers who give us less than 12 hours cancellation notice (more than 3 times in a 6 months period) will be required to prepay to secure future advance bookings.
  • Please avoid spending excessive time on your mobile or washroom during your spa session. Your session will end according to scheduled time.

 

  • Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations
    • For the health interest of our clients, first-timers are required to complete a health declaration form, and notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant.  Clients with any existing medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services.
    • Kindly alert our therapist immediately for any discomfort during your treatment.
  • Etiquette and Restrictions
    • Spa clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment.
    •  For the convenience of other clients, please do not bring your pet or children under age 12 to the Spa.
    • We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.
    • To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary, we respectfully request that all clients keep noise to a minimum. As a consideration to other clients, please silent your cell phone while inside the Spa.
    • We also suggest for you to leave your valuable items at home when doing your treatment. We regret that we will not be responsible for loss or damage of your personal items brought into our spa premises.
    •  Kindly be informed that the room must be prepared and used for the next client and should be vacated after treatment upon completion of service within 5-min.
    •  Any sexual harassment to our staff will not be tolerated and will be reported to the police. In such an incident, the session would be prematurely terminated and there will be no compensation for the customer.
    • Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the Spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any Spa treatment.
  • Refund Policy
    • There is strictly no refund once the full treatment session has been completed. Customers may request for a different therapist (subject to availability) within the first 15 minutes of their session and the session will end at the same scheduled time.
    • Customers may request for refund of package purchased during the cooling off period which is within 5 days after the purchase. The 5 workings days is not inclusive of weekends and public holidays. A cancellation fee of 3% of package price paid will apply. Hence, the refund amount is the package price less cancellation fee and services utilized (calculated at list price).
    • Refund of payment and deposit shall be by way of cheque payable to the client within 14 working days after the cancellation.
    • After the cooling-off period, treatment packages and products are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
    • No refunds on products. Products exchange is applicable within 5 days from the date of sale and only if the product is intact and deemed in good condition with the discretion of the management as final.
  • Price and Payment
    • We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
    • We accept cash, Nets and all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Disclaimer: The spa treatments, services and/or facilities received or utilised at Balinese Thai Traditional Massage are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that  clients may have. Clients will fully indemnify and hold harmless Balinese Thai Traditional Massage and its holding company(ies), affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.
